The Experience
Embodied Equine Wisdom is a deeply personal journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery. Guided by your intention and energy, we invite the horses to reflect and support your process, helping bring to the surface what is ready to be seen and understood.
In the session, we are always leading from a place within you, meaning that embodiment and connection to self are foundational layers to this work. It is through this embodiment and connection that we will seek guidance from the horses, allowing what they share to be a reflection and mirror for you at this time. Their natural ability to hold space with neutrality and grounded presence creates an atmosphere that allows you to feel deeply seen, supported, and connected.
Every session is as individual as the person experiencing it, free from agendas or rigid structures. Instead, we flow organically with the wisdom the horses share and the energy of what you are navigating in this moment. While we may draw upon past teachings, the focus remains on honouring what your heart and soul are authentically calling to be witnessed, held, and brought to light.
Why Horses
Horses create a sacred space for deep healing, offering unconditional love and acceptance. With an innate ability to sense and feel on a level that goes beyond human perception, horses are able to bring forward what your soul is ready to heal, release, and transform. In the presence of horses, you are accepted and seen without judgment, filters, or human conditioning. They hold space for us with profound support and witnessing as we navigate our individual journeys.
The connection with a horse is both honest and pure. Free from ego, they do not hold emotions in the same way humans do, allowing them to offer clear, untainted feedback and mirroring in ways that humans cannot. This ability to reflect with such purity creates a powerful space for growth and self-awareness. With their vast energetic field, their energy reaches us in a profound, heart-centred way.
Allowing horses to truly see and support us in this way is profound and creates everlasting impacts that connect us further into our most aligned selves.
The Process
Whether an its in-person or distance, the session begins outside of the paddock by landing in the space, grounding our bodies, and setting an intention. These peices are an integral part of stepping into partnership with horses in a respectful way. This also brings in the energy of you and your intention, which is exactly what they will be responding to.
From there, we enter the paddock and see what the horses have to share and reflect for us. Sometimes this is a specific horse stepping forward to be our guide, other times the wisdom is in the observation of what is occurring before us, but often is it is a mixture of different layers. The specific manifestations of these sessions is extremely varied and unique to each moment and intention.
As the facilitator, I will be giving you an opportunity to experience and interpret the energy for yourself, while also adding guidance and layers on what I am witnessing and know of our horse partners.
This experience is completely at liberty. There is no riding, haltering, or forced use in the session. We show up and allow the horses to authentically and naturally guide our experience from the ground.
This also means, that no horse experience is necessary.
The Sessions
In-Person Embodied Equine Wisdom Sessions
Experience the wisdom and presence of the horses firsthand through in-person facilitated sessions with the herd.
Join the horses and me for an in-person session at our home in Peachland, BC. These sessions typically last 60 to 90 minutes and take place on our property, conveniently located in the Trepanier Creek area, which is right off of HWY 97C.
Individual Session
Individual sessions are ideal for anyone curious about Embodied Equine Wisdom and eager to experience this transformative work firsthand. These sessions provide a unique opportunity to reset your nervous system while being supported within a sacred, nurturing space tailored to your journey.
$175 CAD + tax
3 Session Package
This package is designed for those ready to fully commit to their personal growth. It offers an opportunity to build upon the wisdom and insights from previous sessions, weaving together layers of growth and deepening the transformative messages the horses share.
The package is valid for six months and can be paid in instalments.

Monthly Sessions
This package is perfect for those seeking to dedicate intentional time to themselves each month. It offers the profound opportunity to deepen our journey together, building on the healing and growth from previous sessions. Its monthly intentional time for you.
A minimum commitment of four months is required for monthly sessions.

Distance Embodied Equine Wisdom Sessions
Connect with the energetic wisdom and guidance of the horses remotely from wherever you are.
In a distance session, I go out to the herd on your behalf, guided by the intention you provide, to explore the wisdom and guidance they have for you. The entire experience is video recorded, giving you the opportunity to observe, receive, and interpret the messages the herd is mirroring for you. As I share insights, I’ll also highlight which horses step forward and what I’m witnessing in the space.
This is a wonderful option for receiving guidance if you’re unable to attend in person. The video recording you receive typically runs 20–30 minutes.
Individual Session
These sessions are perfect if you’re in a place of transition, seeking guidance on something specific, feeling the need for support but unsure where to turn, or simply feel called to receive from the wisdom of horses. They offer a beautiful opportunity to receive the support and insight you need at this time.
$90 CAD + tax
3 Session Package
This package is designed for those navigating something significant in life, whether a transformation, challenge, or transition. It provides an opportunity to build upon the wisdom and insights from previous sessions or to set a new intention for each one.
The package is valid for six months and can be paid in instalments.

Monthly Sessions
This package is ideal for those seeking intentional support each month. It offers a powerful opportunity to deepen our journey together, building on the wisdom and insight previously gained, while integrating new insights for the present month.
